No refunds after 30 days and without your invoice. If your order does NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on the parts ordered! No returns on electrical, special ordered parts, and accessory parts. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns that are from miss-ordering. All returns must be in the original package with the part number label intact. Original packaging can not be torn, written on, taped up, or dirty. No credit will be issued for returned parts received in less than perfect sellable condition. Charges for shipping and handling are not refundable.
HOW TO RETURN THROUGH THE SITE:
1. Login with your username and password (usually found in your email notifications)
2. Go to Order Status
3. Select the Order Number in your order history list (Click on the actual number)
4. Select the item(s) you want to return
5. Click on Submit
* Remember all returns are automatically pending until the receiving department inspects your return
HOW TO RETURN THROUGH A SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Please email us for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. Parts must be returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging and be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice. All shipments must be prepaid. COD shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.
Some of the parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Cores need to be returned in their original packaging. You must also include a copy of the original invoice. Upon receiving the core back at our facility, a credit for the full core amount will be issued. Core charges are most often associated with starters, generators, converters, and ECM/BCM modules. Damaged cores are non-refundable (i.e. broken starter or alternator housings, converter assemblies that have been cut etc...) If you have questions concerning whether or not the part you are ordering has a "core charge" feel free to contact one of our Internet Parts Specialists and they will be able to tell you if one applies.
This(these) part(s) is(are) sold "AS IS". The only warranties applying to this(these) parts are those which may be offered by the manufacturer(s). The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of this(these) part(s) and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages. In addition, expressly excluded in any dealer liability for defects pertaining to safety or performance, by way of "strict liability", negligence or otherwise.

Due to the nature and intended usage, Performance Parts (except for engines and partial engines) are sold without any express or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the performance of such parts is with the buyer. Should such parts prove defective following their purchase, the buyer and not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, damage or loss to property and consequential damage. Installation of Performance Parts may adversely affect the New Vehicle Warranty.
